Empire Econo-Blast Portables
Econo-Blast portable tanks are compact pressure blasters that share many features with it's big brother the SuperBlast. Miles Supply offers this economical option with less grit capacity and smaller nozzles. This makes thes units ideal for spot blasting and detail work. Larger Econo-Blast models can be equipped with Empire's patented Sure-Flo grit valve and 680 remote controls which stops blasting the instant the nozzle is released.

Nozzle Holders
Miles Supply’s nozzle holders accommodate any size hose and is equipped with an aluminum sleeve with a PVC threaded holder. Threaded hardened nipples with aluminum holders are also available.
Miles Nozzles by Boride
This revolutionary system is one of a kind for sandblasting. The new "poly jacket" nozzles offer the same carbide insert as the current popular nozzle on the market. The poly jacket coating makes the whole nozzle much lighter in weight. The system does not require a nozzle cap, it simply screws into the holder and fits right against the sandblast hose. These nozzles have been proven to provide long life and are competitively priced exclusively at Miles Supply.

Ceramic Nozzles
Miles Supply carries a variety of ceramic nozzles for your sandblasting needs. Available in a variety of shapes and sizes to meet your needs. Our most popular sizes are 1/8", 3/16", 1/4", 5/16"and 3/8" You can purchase by box of 50 or by the piece.
Carbide Shaping Nozzles
Miles Supply's carbide shaping nozzles are long lasting for shaping and etching. Designed for intricate lettering and fine details, carbide nozzles will outlast traditional ceramic nozzles.
Gold Band Nozzles - Regular and Carbide
Miles Supply Gold Band Nozzles and Carbide Gold Band Nozzles are designed to allow a deep shape carving and give any design more depth. These are very popular for doing roses in manufacturing facilities. Please note that carbide version outlasts traditional version 10 to 1.
Goodyear Sandblast Hose
Goodyear, the leader in rubber product fabrication produces this long lasting hose designed for high PSI blasting. Available in the following inside opening diameters: 3/8", 1/2", 3/4", 1", 1 1/4". It is packaged in 50 foot coials and can also be sold in designated lengths.
Breathing Air Pumps by Bullard
Miles Supply recommends Bullard air pumps to provide filtered air to the hood respirator of one operator. These air pumps do not require CO monitors and there is no need for an air compressor. Replacement filters sold separately.
Empire AP2-C Personal Air Filter
Empire's AP-2 Filter removes oil, particles, odors and organic vapors from breathing air lines. Available in up to 4 outlets to deliver clean air for 1 to 4 workers.
Goodyear Air Hose
Miles Supply carries only Goodyear air hose. Available in 3/8",1/2",3/4" sizes, and available to ship by the foot or the reel.
Air Accessories
Miles Supply carries a variety of brass and metal air accessories to meet your air tooling and repair needs. All air parts are available in the standard 3/8" or ½" sizes.

QuickSand Sandblast Curtain
The QuickSand automated sandblast production system will provide consistent, reliable and accurate sandblast imaging on stone, wood, glass and other hard and semi-hard surfaced materials. It reduces processing time, compressor time and abrasive usage. The QuickSand operates on standard 11O power, with a maximum draw of 20 amps, so power consumption is also conserved. The system will process any HPGL .PRN file data. QuickSand controls the nozzle path and blast duration to create the desired impression and depth on the substrate. Its powerful digital servo drives control the dual precision axis drives (X & Y), and the exclusive rotating nozzle plate. All job parameters and system controls are easily set in QuickSand’s exclusive BlastReady software program. This template-based program controls the nozzle’s circular blast diameter, blast duration, blast path and sequence and job queuing.
Model J Automatic Sandblaster by Hirons
For Superior performance, Miles Supply believes no sandblasting booth should be without the Model J Automatic Sandblast Curtain. These units are fully assembled and tested prior to shipment. Look for these features.
- With a full range of speeds for independent horizontal and vertical motion. precise controls can adust coverage during operation.
- Power failure will not cause the nozzle to stop motion in mid stroke. Compressed air power continues movement to the end of the track, preventing damage to the stone.
- Viewing screen offers excellent visibility during blasting and screen fram slides open to allow for easy stencil inspection.

Miles Supply offers this trough system, which eliminates the deep pit and shovel systems. Rate of recovery is dependent upon type of abrasive used, air pressure and air volume available.

Steel Shot Elevator
The Miles Supply Steel Shot pick up unit will eliminate shoveling and sifting, while also delivering clean shot to the shaping machine. Atlas Copco Portable Air Compressors
Miles Supply carries Atlas Copco, the world leader in portable compressors. These units feature a fully automatic stepless speed regulator which constantly adapts the engine speed to the air demand. You can count on economical power consumption, low fuel consumption and continuous air flow at stable pressure. Compressors have automatic safety shutdown as standard equipment. Capacity is from 74 CFM to 185 CFM, continuous modulation unloader, 27.4 BHP engine, and 10.6 diesel fuel capacity.
Aluminum Oxide
Fast Blast, and exclusive product from Exolon ESK for Miles Supply, is a pure Aluminum Oxide that surpasses any other in its field. A great alternative to Aluminum Zirconia material. Packaged in 50 lb. bags. Grits available: #36, 46, 50, and 60.
Alphastar Blast
Developed to be mixed with Aluminum Zirconia products, this inexpensive filler will not decrease production when mixed 50:50. Produced in two grit sizes #20/50 and #36/50. Packaged in 50 lb. bags.
S170 Steel Shot
Rounded steel shot popular for its whitening effect and extremely long life, this material remains very efficient for most sandblasting duties. Packaged in 50 lb. bags.
Dupont Staurolite
An expendable sanblast abrasive often used for on site lettering or shaping. Actual grit size ranges from 30 - 36 grit. Excellent for mobile sandblast units. Packaged in 50 lb. bags.
Dupont S
tarblastFiner in grit size than Staurolite, this sanblast abrasive is more suited for shape carving and lettering along with light dusting of materials other than stone. Grit size is #60, packaged in 50 lb. bags.
Sinterball
An excellent alternative to steel shot. This sandblast abarasive is also ideal for whitening panels. Produced in two grit sizes #20/40 and #40/70. Packaged in 50 lb. bags.

Critter 118 Siphon Gun
Miles Supply is proud to carry the Critter 118 Siphon Gun. A truly unique spray system that provides control and flexibility when spraying both water and oil-based paints like Lithichrome and Stone Tone as well as adhesives like stencil filler. All parts are replaceable and clean-up is a snap.

Airmite Spray Gun by Lithichrome
Miles Supply carries the Airmite Spray Gun, which now includes a one piece, heavy brass material tube so there are no more breakage issues. For the most effective spray, always use 50 lbs of air pressure and flush after every use.
S-4 Suction Blaster
S-4 Suction Blasters allow you to enjoy the benefits of blasting at a very low cost. These units have trigger action guns for start-stop control. Runs of 3/8" air line with only 70 - 90 psi. Available as shown, 4lb model as well as the S-100 (100 lb.) model. Ideal for spot blasting, light etching, paint stripping or glass frosting.
Stone Tone
Miles Supply’s new shadow paint that was specially formulated for the stone industry. Testing was conducted by spraying granite samples, which were then placed in a humidity cabinet. The 4 hour test cycle of condensation and 4 hours of drying was repeated continuously for over 1,000 hours for Stone Tone, and over 800 hours for the competitive product. The result was no visual change in the coating appearance of the granite sprayed with Stone Tone, while the competitor’s product began to blister after fewer hours. This is a definite improvement in quality! Available in aerosol, quarts and gallons in all of the popular colors.
Platform Carts
These platform carts are unique to Miles Supply. Please notice that both axles turn at the same time which allows this one-of-a-kinf cart to turn on a dime. Sealed bearing let this cart work for you in and out of the sandblast room. Weight capacity exceeds 2000 lbs.
