Deflating System for hydro bags in quarry from NewTec

This is a multi-bag system. You can inflate (and deflate) up to 6 single hydrobags, 3 double hydro bags, or 2 triple bags at the same time. Multiple bags allow you larger openings in the quarry cuts.

Independently control the expansion of each bag!

The step by step manual takes you through the phases:
– Preliminary; connect to your water pump and the unloading pipe… then connect each hydrobag
– Inflating; hydrobags go into the cut; open the outlets and open/close other valves… then turn on water pump
– Block safety; turn off pump, close hydrobag outlets… insert rocks into the stone cut at around 30cm (40-50cm if using triple bags)
– Deflating; open the unloading valve and open the outlets to hydro bags… turn pump on
– Block safety; turn off water pump and close the outlets

Cushions (ie water bags or hydro bags) will slide down the cut rock and the water from the cushions will come out, where you want the water to go, from the unloading pipe.
