Pedrini SINGLEWIRE JUPITER GS210 performs single cuts on marble, granite and natural stones blocks up to 4200 mm (~13.77953′) long. Used both for squaring and for cutting blocks into slabs.

Customizations include
With Trolley:
– Fixed monowire machine with motorized and rotating block carrier trolley.
– Two-wire machine; composed of a fixed monowire and movable monowire with motorized and rotating block carrier trolley.
With Blocks on the ground:
– Movable singlewire with blocks on the ground
– Two-wire machine; composed of two movable single wire saws with stone blocks on the ground

The machine structure is built with thick normalized steel work, two columns fixed to the foundation, and one transversal beam.

Two large 2050mm wheels driving the diamond wire are housed in two ultralight accessible compartments. The sturdy block carrier trolley moves on one track with guided wheels and, upon request, it can be supplied with a motorized rotating table which allows to cut the four sides without the need to move the block.

The Pedrini Single Wire Saw structural surfaces are protected with three coats applied after sandblasting, while the small parts have undergone cataphoresis corrosion-proofing treatments.
