SpeedCut has a unique wire tensioning system that combines high cutting speed with low wire consumption. This patented system enables constant tension on the wire.
+ Full control of your productivity
The PMI (Panel Machine Interface), allows parameter setting, recording and loading of saved cutting data. The PMI controls both inverters (retraction/speed control) and the load cell. It keeps a constant tension on the diamond wire regardless of external circumstances such as water flow, non-homogenous materials or a fall in electric tension. Enables full wire potential and increased life span. The operator has full control through every cut.
+ Cuts a perfectly smooth face
SpeedCut creates a perfectly smooth block face. Capable of cutting both vertical and horizontal and close to ground level so that you get an even bottom. Furthermore, SpeedCut’s main flywheel can be rotated 320°. It can make parallel cuts with a maximum distance of two meters without repositioning, thanks to the rotation of the main flywheel.

The combination of the 8-pole motor and the special software developed for SpeedCut is the key to reach maximum performance. The motor provides necessary torque to adapt the 1000 mm flywheel with high contact surface for a better capacity, especially when starting the cuts and makes it possible to get the wire to speeds up 45m/s. With SpeedCut you gain the highest cutting capacity available on the market.
