CUTTING WIRE SYSTEM WITH 5 WIRES
Designed to cut slabs with big thickness. The machine with 5 wires can cut 4 thicknesses of 120 mm and then the length of the material can be till 470 mm. The structure of the machine is triangle-based with a drum multi groove with a diameter 1.200 mm, a free roller with free pulleys diameter 1.200 mm and a set of tensioning wheels with a diameter 1.000 mm.
The machine can cut slabs with thickness from 20 mm till 100 mm with 5 wires ; for higher thicknesses you should take off some wires.
The up-down movement of the machine is done with 2 columns, centering on the machine and drums are supported by 2 sides.
The changing of the thickness of cutting is done by the displacement of the wires on the different grooves.
The main drum motor is provided with inverter to adjust the peripherical speed of the wires.

cutting width 1.000 – 1350 – 1500 mm
The machine has been designed to cut slabs with big thickness. The structure of the machine is triangle based with a drum multi groove with a diam. 1.200 mm, a series of tensioning wheels a diam. 1.000 mm.
The machine can cut slabs with thickness from minimum 20 mm and on request with first 4 wires it is possible to cut slabs with 12 mm thickness.
The up-down movement of the machine is done with 2 columns but centering on the machine and drums are supported by 2 sides.
Change the thickness by moving the wire on the grooves.
The motor of the wheels is equipped with inverter to adjust the peripheral speed of the wires.
The up/down movement of the machine is equipped with 2 brushless motors with numeric control from PLC.
Block holder trolley can be displaced automatically from the numeric control of the machine to execute more consecutive cuttings on the same block.

The machine with 10 wires can cut 9 thicknesses of 100 mm and then the length of the material can be till 970 mm. The structure of the machine is triangle-based with a drum multi groove with a diam. 1.200 mm, a free roller with free pulleys diam. 1.200 mm and a set of tensioning wheels with a diam. 1.200 mm.
The machine can cut slabs with thickness from 30 mm till 100 mm with 10 wires, for higher thicknesses you should take off some wires.
The up-down movement of the machine is done with 2 columns but centering on the machine and drums are supported by 2 sides.
Changing cutting thickness is by the displacement of wires on the different grooves.
The guide motor is provided with inverter to adjust the peripherical speed of the wires.
