Single wire diamond saw by Socomac

Designed for squaring blocks or thick slabs.
4 flywheels of 1100 mm diameter (~3.6′) for single diamond wire.
2 flywheels of 2500 mm diameter (~8.2′) for single diamond wire.
Flywheel speed modified and controlled by inverter. Up/down movement of the wire is through 2 trolleys with rollers which move on columns in squared sections. Strong rigidity with ease of movement. Hydraulic wire tension for uniform and adjustable pressure.
Furnished with a fixed block-holder trolley or a rotating one, always
activated by motor-reducer controlled by inverter and provided with encoder for precise positioning of the trolley for cutting slabs.
