POLYONE is Pellegrini’s new revolutionary multiwire saw. It makes 20 cuts, in one single shot, with only 10 wires! Makes 1 cm slabs as well as the standard 2 and 3 cm slabs. The ‘magic’ patented idea behind this machine doubles the productivity per wire.
POLYONE’s special wire winding geometry allows two cuts for each diamond wire. With the POLYONE-20 model you can make 20 cuts in a block with 10 wires at 1 cm thickness; or 14 slabs at 2 cm with 7 wires; or 10 cuts of 3 cm with 5 wires.
Easily access and manage the wires with this compact machine, and with less wire it’s less maintenance. Quickly change thickness by positioning the wires in the multi-groove resin liners. Tensioning flywheels and motor drum diameter are 1 m, while two 40 cm diameter independent guide-wheel groups assure the support for the maximum precision in the 2 cutting phases for each diamond wire.
