Crack repair stone – Before & After (after is before going to polishing line)
Apply to the crack Epoxy Mastic Top UV MaGELstic from Doctor Resin to seal the back
side of slab – 2:1. Apply the fiberglass net mesh to the backside of the slab. Apply Dr Resin Epoxy System Distribute evenly using a roller onto the mesh. Then into the oven to cure.
On the other side: Mix together Epoxy Resin Part A and Part B Apply Dr Resin Epoxy System Distribute evenly using a roller.
Apply Doctor Resin Epoxy System and spread evenly to fill defects
Color can be added for blending the crack to veining. Ensuring all cracks, deviations, and chips are filled. Goes into curing oven again for this side… cures 1.5 hour in oven
then ready to continue curing for 24 hours. Then on to the Polishing line!
