To customers of Miles Supply – if you gave us your email address to send invoices, your emails from us will come from a new source. Miles Supply invoices will come from netsuite as of April 1, 2026.
These emails will have your invoice in an attachment.
If you expect an invoice from us, look for our email (in your filters) and then put this address in your safe sender list in order to safely receive our invoice by email as you have requested.
It’s very necessary to be cautious.
Note that we are not asking you to click or reply and the good news is that you’ll send your payment to the same place as you have before.
For more concerns you can of course call us if you’d rather (please be patient, as we’ve said – we have new software! 🙂 ) Or use the ‘Contact Us form’ to let us know if you have corrections or requests regarding your invoice; please be specific as to who you are and please use this method only if you are already our customer.
Customer invoices will be mailed to the address you gave us. Look for it in your email filters if you are expecting to hear from us.
