Designed for superior shape carving in marble and granite. Unique rubber formula allows easy cutting with less frequent knife sharpening. Controlled shrinkage gives accurate panel replacement after frosting. Recommended for maximum depth glass etching.

Anchor’s new 113 series is the latest addition to their monument stencil offering and is available for hand cut, friction fed, slot and track fed plotters. Rubber-based, pressure-sensitive adhesive protected by a clear polyester liner. Available unpunched for hand cutting, and in punch configurations for Slot, Gerber and IBM plotters. Medium tack adhesive for a strong hold with an easy release. Available with rubber extending to the edge of the material to prevent slipping and for smoother tracking through high-speed cutters. Use for surface protection during etching and carving. Designed for use on polished marble and granite. Use with IPG®/Anchor Filler #211. Protection of polished granite or marble, primed/painted wood, and HDU foam board during sandblasting, etching and carving processes. Good for hardscape; sandblasting boulders. This is said to replace 3M’s 520 stencil.

116 SINGLE LINER HIGH TACK MEDIA BLAST STENCIL – MACHINE CUT
Machine-cut, high quality, durable stencil coated with an advanced, high tack, water-based acrylic pressure-sensitive adhesive protected by a clear polyester liner. Designed for slot-hole pattern Gerber® 15” and 30” plotters. The 15” widths will also track accurately in IBM® pattern and friction-fed cutters. 116 is designed and recommended for raw/unfinished hardwood, HDU foam-board, brick, and rough stone. Not intended for use on marble, granite, or polished surfaces.
PRODUCT APPLICATIONS
Water-based acrylic adhesive may transfer to pre-treated / painted surfaces or cause soft woods to splinter upon removal. 30” widths will only track on large pin plotter. Replacement for #125 in Gerber® plotters.
129Y COMPUTER STENCIL
High quality, durable stencil coated with an advanced, medium tack, rubber-based pressure-sensitive adhesive protected by a clear PET liner. Designed for precision cutting IBM® pattern cutters. The slot-hole pattern will also accurately track through Gerber® 15” and friction-fed plotters. #129Y contains a yellow inner sheet of polyester which retains cut designs during liner removal. Recommended for single-process media blast carving of granite or marble.

111 Designed specifically for hand-cutting; panels can be replaced accurately and easily; superior shape carving; easier cutting means less wear on instruments; white release liner removes easily; use with IPG®/Anchor® Filler #211.
113 The introduction of 113 monument stencil fills a hole that has existed in Anchor’s line for the last several years. They now have a medium thickness, single liner product with all the available punch systems. Anchor’s 113 series is available for hand cut, friction fed, slot and track fed plotters.
116 A high-tack computer stencil for use on raw wood surfaces and urethane foam board; the 15” features trimmed edges and a strong, clear film liner that offers easy alignment and smooth, precise running on computerized sign-making machines; the 30” width tracks only on large pin plotters and the
stencil rubber extends to the edge of the liner.
CAUTION: Style 116 has a very aggressive adhesive and is not recommended for use on some woods without first testing a sample piece; do not use on pre-painted, pretreated or glass surfaces.
117 Designed for use with computerized cutting machines; trimmed edges on 15” roll allows smooth and easy tracking through the machine; a strong, clear film liner provides extra rigidity; the 15” width will track through most computer cutters. The 30” width will track only through a large pin plotter and the stencil rubber extends to the edge of the liner. After letters and designs are cut, they must be taped (recommendation: IPG 6100LPT) for transferring the stencil to stone; use with IPG/Anchor Filler #211.
790Y Unpunched. Designed for hand cutting and less wear on cutting dies; excellent blast resistance and easy-to-recognize gold liner. Plastic sheet laminated to the stencil eliminates taping to stone and allows easy blast-through; fast cleanup. Product has a yellow poly film between adhesive and rubber to identify any residue remaining after media blast; use with IPG/Anchor Filler #223 and #333.
790YS Sprocket Fed Gerber Punch. Same construction as 790Y. Designed for holding in place while transferring computer to die. Holes are punched through liner and rubber for Gerber® pattern cutters; use with IPG/Anchor Filler #223 and #333.

790YT Sprocket Fed 1/2” OC Punch. Same construction as 790Y. Designed for holding in place while transferring computer to die. Holes are punched through liner and rubber; holes are IBM® configuration (½” from center of hole to center of next hole); compatible with most computerized cutting machine with sprockets matching this alignment; use with IPG/Anchor Filler #223 and #333.
